Today’s #FloralFriday highlight is this adorable sleeveless red floral dress from Old Navy! I got it a while back during a sale (you may have begun to notice that this describes most of my purchases). It was a great deal and I thought this shift-dress style was super cute, so I got it in not one, not two, but THREE different variations. You’ll probably recognize the other two- I posted about the blue one here and the black one here. It’s also the same one that I wore to Dardanella’s Great Gatsby Lawn Party! I’m embracing sleevelessness!
This sleeveless red floral dress is actually my favorite of the the three, because the pattern is so bright and colorful! It’s also super lightweight and cool, making it the perfect dress to stroll around the park without completely overheating. Bangles are the perfect way to add some bling. Also pictured are the cutest free shades I’ve ever gotten – a booth at Taste of Atlanta was giving them out last year!
Piedmont Park is always such a beautiful place to go for an afternoon walk. That’s even MORE true when there are cute baby ducklings like these guys hanging out! There are a million little turtles out sunning themselves, too. It’s pretty wonderful! Fun fact about me: I don’t like many reptiles, but I absolutely adore turtles. I even had a baby turtle named Machiavelli! We rescued him from the pool and he’s all grown up and living in my family’s pond now, but he was a pretty fierce little baby turtle.
