This adorable Arizona Jean Co. sweater was one of my Black Friday steals this year (which was honestly the first time I’ve really done any Black Friday shopping… I may be hooked)! I spotted the bright pattern from a distance in JCPenney, but once I got to the display I discovered that (of course) they were already out of my size. Fortunately, I happen to love the loose top/tunic look, so I snagged a size up to wear with skinny jeans or leggings!
In this case, I went with leggings! (Fleece lined leggings are the best, I just discovered). These Rampage boots and leggings were also Black Friday steals, and they’ve been keeping me warm and cozy ever since.
I’m really glad that I’ve established a good collection of clothes that I can layer, because guys, it may snow this weekend in Atlanta! Coming from South Georgia, I’ve only seen snow on the ground a few times in my 23 years, so I’m incredibly hopeful that we’ll get a little glimpse of a winter wonderland. (If we do see some snow here in ATL, expect to see tons of pics on my Instagram.)
Other exciting news: I’ve decided to really start to work on building up an email list for RaineInTheCity.com in 2017, and I’d love it if you joined me! I’m planning to start with monthly blog recap newsletters for the time being, and eventually move to weekly newsletters as I get the hang of things. You can sign up here! 🙂
I’ll be spending my last weekend of winter break freedom going over syllabi, filling out my planners (I have 2 now, one for school and one for blogging), and trying to get my sleep schedule back to normal.
Happy Friday, everyone!
